Refund policy

Please only place orders for items that you want. Cancellation of an order prior to shipment of goods will incur a 5% fee to cover PayPal and bank fees as they do not refund us for payment fees.

Because Mushroom Kits are a perishable product we are unable to offer returns or refunds for kits that have been shipped.

If your Mushroom Kit arrives damaged or contaminated, please take photographs and contact us on contact@myconetsolutions.com.au
